Sex Education for Women

You have the right to say yes or no to pregnancy, many of our women, ladies and girls have severally got unwanted pregnancy, because they have no sex education. Even some have ruined their future and reproductive system with drugs abuse e.g: potash+salt+lime orange, postinor and lot more or even committing abortion which has caused many of our women unproductive today.

How Can You Avoid This Problem?

You need to study well about the production systems which involve menstruation and ovulation.

1.                  Menses: This is the flow of blood each month from women’s body with 28 days of average length menstrual circle.

2.                  Ovulation:  This is the time to produce an egg which is the white discharge from women’s body. It occurs 14 day from the first day of menstruation.

3.                  Pregnancy occurs when a release egg (Ovum) from a women’s ovary is fertilized by one of the million sperm released by the man during sexual intercourse.

NOTE:

(a)    This fertilization of the egg by the sperm cell can only occur during the women’s ovulation period.

(b)   The release (eggs) ovum from the woman’s can only survive for a period of (3days) days before they die.

Prediction of Ovulation Period

Ovulation must be predicted in two ways; the temperature and counting of day’s method. In this article, we will only study on more accurate one, which is counting of day’s method. It is more accreted for woman with regular menstruation circle. The table below illustrate the checking of calendar (date) method to know when to get pregnant.

How to Get It Right

NOTE: Three days before that ovulation day (14days) and three days after ovulation, is the woman unsafe days (11 14-17). This days are called fertile days which is 7 days (11-17).

Finally, note that ovulation come 2 weeks (14 days) from the first day of your menstruation. If you don’t need pregnancy, avoid sexual intercourse three days before and three days after that ovulation day.

Signs of Pregnancy

1.                  Ceased menstruation in most female

2.                  Increase size of breast

3.                  Vomiting and spitting out saliva

4.                  Always sleeping and addition of weight

5.                  Get tired easily and early morning fever

6.                  Swelling of legs in some women
