The documents that Integrity Group has sent to President Muhammadu
Buhari may cost Rotimi Amaechi, former governor of Rivers state, the
place in ministerial list.
The Integrity Group has also sent a well detailed appeal to the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) of corruption of ex-governor.
The claims as reported by Naij are so strong and detailed that the author is supposed to be an accountant-lawyer.
The group backs the allegation with an affidavit sworn to in a law court.
This petition lists the fraudulent sale of Rivers state power plants amount to over 60,000,000,000.00, payment of over 1.5 billion to collect solution Nigeria Ltd for collecting taxes. Also listed the non-remittance of funds recovered from sales of government assets to government accounts but rather to private accounts and breach of trust.
The ex-governor was at the lead of the insistent “change campaign” that saw Buhari appeared victorious in the March 28, 2015 presidential poll Amaechi even served as PMB campaign director.

I would be surprised if PMB act on this petition, vigour and interest as he is doing on NNPC and others.
