D’Banj has threatened to sue UK Daily Mail for publishing an article he claimed has wrong, {incorrect info.} He says
the publication got their facts wrong in an article about him and American reality TV star Kenya Moore.

In a recent interview with Encomium Magazine he said: "The story has no substance. I am even about to sue UK Daily Mail for defamation of character. I am discussing with my legal team. They didn't hear from me.”
